2 large COLOMBA potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon spices (turmeric, curry, paprika, ...)
2 teaspoons herbes de Provence
salt, sea salt




Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges. Wash and dry. Place in a bowl with oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well and spread the potatoes on a flat metal coating. Bake for 20 minutes, turning potatoes 2 or 3 times. Roll the wedges in the spices or herbs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
