3 COLOMBA potatoes
75 cl of Bolognese sauce
60 cl of white sauce

Expert’s Tip: saute a chopped onion with 250 grams of ground beef and 1 tablespoon oil. Add beef broth ½ of a stock cube, 60 cl tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence. Let simmer a bit and use this sauce as a sauce.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200 C. Peel and wash the potatoes
Step 2: Cut the potatoes into thin slices
Step 3: Get a baking dish, place a layer of sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and béchamel. Place the slices of potatoes by making them slightly overlap. Add salt and pepper
Step 4: Repeat 4 times, ending with a layer of béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese or top with sliced potatoes. Cover with pieces of butter
Step 5: Top with lots of butter. Bake for 75 till 90 minutes. Check doneness of the potatoes. Reduce temperature to 175 ° C after 30 minutes. Cover the dish if it colors too
